Open your profile
Launch SOUS and tap the You tab in the bottom navigation.
You → top-right avatarGo to Account settings
Scroll to the bottom of your profile and open Account.
You → AccountTap “Delete account”
Choose Delete account. We'll show you exactly what will be removed before you confirm.

Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is closed immediately and deletion begins right away.
What gets removed
- Your profile and sign-in identifier.
- Your saved recipes, briefs, robot and dietary preferences.
- Usage history tied to your account.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Your data is erased from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records).
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel Plus separately in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or it may keep renewing.
Can't open the app?
If you can't sign in to delete your account yourself, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you, usually within a few business days.
